Day Starter

DayStarterBeen following their work for some time now and always check their site to see what’s new. Love all of the 50s inspired graphics of Japanese atelier, Day Starter. In the year 2000 artist, Yukako Kasai, and product director, Koji Ueda, created this very specific brand and has consistently developed amazing graphics and product designs. Particularly loving the repeat patterns shown above.

Found these handmade coasters on Japanese handmade site, Minne. They are sold under the label, Mameneko, a shop that sells coffee beans and handmade goods that are embellished with cat motifs. Really liking this fabric print.
