Polly Fern

PollyFernPolly Fern reveals very little about herself except that she is an illustrator, ceramist and canary keeper based in Norwich, UK. We were captivated by her ceramic pieces of which she writes on
Unabridged Illustration:

“Through ceramics I have resembled the discovery within gardening, to do so I have created ceramic remnants of time. These fragmented ceramic pieces relate to when you are digging soil and discover broken pottery pieces. Within an exhibition space, the purposes of these pieces are for people to discover, organize and observe.”

You can follow the artist on Facebook, see more of her work on Tumblr and purchase her items on Big Cartel.

Rose Blake

RoseBlakeRose Blake is an illustrator and artist based in London. Her work has wide appeal with its pop culture references, trademark characters and warm humor. Particularly liking the museum panoramas from her solo exhibition entitled, “Now I Am an Artist”. It addresses the age old debate as to whether illustration counts as a fine art form or not. Her dedication of entire days to painting, drawing and creating fresh ideas of high quality certainly affirms that for her illustration is fine art.  You can view more of her work on her blog as well.

Angelica Gerosa

AngelicaGerosaAngelica Gerosa is a freelance illustrator working at Armadillo, a graphic design and illustration studio based in Milan, Italy. She creates incredible cut paper collages and sculptures using a variety of materials and different techniques. We are impressed with her paper cut structures but we also love the geometric shapes rendered in watercolor and gouache. You can view more of her work here on Behance.
