Himo Art was founded by Japanese self-taught artist, May Sterchi, after discovering a newfound love for interior design. The San Diego-based designer uses calligraphy to inspire her hand crafted weavings and rope work. Some of her pieces can be found at Urban Outfitters where she was featured in their blog. You can follow Himo Art on Facebook and purchase her designs on Etsy.
