Gift Wrapping

One of the things we like to do is work with our hands since much of our time is spent on the computer. We will be posting craft ideas and simple project tutorials every other day. This time of the year we like to make our gift wrapping special. The ideas above are those we’ve collected on our Pinterest site.

Eri Higuchi

Eri Higuchi is the creator of these beautiful three-dimensional embroidery works.  The Japanese embroidery artist creates colorful and poetic works using threads and beads. She is influenced by the natural things around her with the bird motifs being the most popular among them.  Her embroidery are made into accessories such as brooches and earrings.

More of her work can be found on her website and Instagram.  Her shop is in the Japanese online shopping site, Base.
