Jacobsen Architecture

JacobsenArchitectureHave always yearned for a house on the beach like this one designed by Jacobsen Architecture, Washington DC. Their design philosophy fits in with our passion for light and location:  “The quality of the light upon that particular area of earth is always unique and determines the path the architecture will take. We endeavor to design buildings that belong, make the site look better and, hopefully, never shout.”

Marta Armada

MartaArmadaThese graphic jewelry designs in silver and porcelain are the works of Marta Armada. Known primarily for her jewelry designs, she has diversified and has also created a collection of kitchen accessories. It is through her work that the Spain-based artist recounts her life experiences as written in her biography:  “As if not wanting to hide anything, she speaks to us of her travels, the sea, the silence, the human being, as well as the paint, the potter´s wheel , sculpture and design.”
