Vika Vita

V&VLopukhinyThese Moleskine sketches are the works of Victoria and Vitalina Lopukhiny, typography specialists from Kiev. The creative sisters are graphic designers, illustrators and calligraphers who share an aritistict life together under the studio name, Vika Vita. Here is what they’ve written on their profile page:

“Our cooperative creativity began with our birth. Familiar sight has not changed since our childhood: two tables, colored pencils on them and fiery eyes of two inspired girls. We painted, sang, danced together. We graduated from graphic design department, our main fields of work are lettering, calligraphy, illustration, we make logotypes and corporate identity, make catalogues, paint walls, also we are teaching students in a University and run courses of calligraphy. We are keen not only on nice letters, but on history of our Cyrillic alphabet, it’s origin.”
