Wouldn’t at all mind receiving one of these embroidered cards sold under the brand name, Maru-Maru. As typical of many Japanese handmade shops very little is written about the maker.  WE can only find this about the maker: “I love cute things!” ︎â€I love delicious food! ︎â€. Â

What attracted us to this Japanese stationery brand are the simple graphics and color palette. They are the work of illustrator and graphic designer Masako Takeshima. The artist graduated from a design vocational school. She worked for a textile design office for two years and then worked as a designer and illustrator for a stationery company. In 2019 she introduced her brand, Atelier Three, creating paper products such as postcards, greeting cards and calendars.

We always want to make our gift wrapping extra special and unique so we think these lace tapes from Japanese brand, Pavilio, will do the trick. The company was born in 2015 as a joint venture developed and planned by a sticker printing company in Sanjo City and a design company in Tokyo. Their lace tape features fine cutting and colorful designs.
All their patterns can be viewed here on their website. Some designs are available on Etsy, Amazon and a few other companies listed on Google.
