Japanese textile artist, Mana Morimoto, is known for her quirky embroidery on paper and historical photographs. However, it is these pastel colored woven samplers that we find just as stimulating. You can follow Morimoto-san, aka MNMRMT, here on Tumbler and purchase her prints at Society 6.

Inspired by these patterns created by Japanese art director and graphic designer, Naonori Yago. The patterns were used as signage for trendy Harajuku department store, La Foret.
