The Clynks are Jerome and Karine Clynckemaillie, he an interior architect and she a textile designer. Together they’ve designed a collection of home goods under the brand, Mr & Mrs Clynk. We particularly like this collection they’ve collaborated with Atomic Soda, loving the simple and timeless vintage-inspired patterns and coloration.

Louise Evans aka Felt Mistress along with her partner, illustrator and toy designer, Jonathan Edwards, has brought a large menagerie of amazing creatures to life. We are particularly enamored with the color combination and detail work on her felt beetle collection. If you’ve been following Cari Mateo for awhile, you know that we have a deep respect and fascination for Japanese art and culture. Stumbled on to this collection of matchsticks designed by Japanese artist, Hiromi Hirasaka, and knew we had to post it. The artist began by drawing match faces by hand then decided to hand stamp the faces for mass production. Would love to get some of these Kokeshi Matches but unfortunately like many Japanese products they are available only in Japan.
